Open the launcher, next click the "Play" button then select "Multiplayer" from the menu.
Click "Add Server" tab and input the text play.pixelmonrealms.com on the "Server Address" box then hit "Done".
Once the connection is available and turns green you may click on "Join Server" button to play on Pixelmon Realms.

Inarguably one of the worst servers I've ever played. Rude, inactive/insulting staff, and the owner is an actual child. Please, look for a better server; Realms is honestly not worth any of your time in any capacity. Everything favors players who spend over $100 for their rank and the Owner is earnestly not interested in hearing otherwise. He'll shoot every free-to-play favoring suggestion down, high-ranking, high-paying players will object and mock you. Objectively the worst, most toxic Pixelmon server experience with the worst staff. Try anubis.mc.
