How do I join a lifesteal server from this list?
To join a server from our list, start by scrolling through the servers above and picking one that has the features you are looking for. For example, you may want one that has solo-friendly rules, teams enabled, or runs a specific version. Once you have found one, click the green Copy IP button on the listing. Then open Minecraft, go to Multiplayer, click Add Server, and paste the IP into the Server Address box to connect. If you cannot get in, double check that you are on the right edition of Minecraft and that the server’s version matches what you are playing.
What is the lifesteal gamemode and how does it work?
Lifesteal is a high-stakes survival PvP gamemode where killing another player transfers a heart (in-game health) from them to you, typically +1 heart to the winner and -1 heart to the victim. Most servers with lifesteal also add an elimination condition where, if a player reaches 0 hearts, they are temporarily banned from the server, typically for a few hours to days. Servers also often include ways to gain hearts beyond PvP, such as crafting, withdrawing hearts into tradable items, and sometimes voting.
How do I pick the best server for me?
Lifesteal is usually more competitive than a typical server because every fight permanently changes your total hearts, which makes fights more and more risky over time. When you are comparing servers on our list, focus on these features before joining: Does the server have deathbans if you run out of hearts? Does the combat use crystals, or does it focus more on traditional PvP? Does it run on the latest version of Minecraft, or does it require an older version to join and play? It can also be useful to check where the server is hosted so there is no lag while you are playing. Feel free to try a couple of IPs from the list above and stick with the one that matches your play style and feels the most enjoyable.
