To join you can scroll through the Minecraft parkour servers above and find one that looks like it has all of the features you are looking for. Once you've found one, click the Copy IP button on the listing. Then go to Minecraft, click Multiplayer, click Add Server and paste the server IP into the address box, then save and join. If you have any issues connecting, make sure to check the server's listing page and make sure it is online, and supports the version of Minecraft you are currently using.
