it is a Cracked Anarchy server (as you would have guessed with the title) that is PURELY survival, aka survival-only, it has some plugins including:
BetterRTP,
SimpleTPA,
and some more, the server will sometimes restarts for plugin changes, but definitely not a world refresh.
