This server is a modded survival server hosted on 1.16.5 not 1.16.4 you can download the modpack from curse forge. On this server you can do PvP and if you kill someone you can take their loot but you can not steal their stuff from their base. You can only steal their stuff if they agree to a battle.
The server IP address for Waffle Central is 15.204.146.20:25565. In order to find the server IP please use the information provided on the left side of this page.
Open the launcher, next click the "Play" button then select "Multiplayer" from the menu.
Click "Add Server" tab and input the text 15.204.146.20:25565 on the "Server Address" box then hit "Done".
Once the connection is available and turns green you may click on "Join Server" button to play on Waffle Central .
